Expressive Arts Workshops
I offer public-facing expressive arts workshops for small businesses, community spaces, and non-profits, as well as employee and team-based workshops as part of workplace health & wellness programming.
My expressive arts workshops combine guided self-reflection, creative art-making, and meaningful discussion to help women access their own inner wisdom. There's no right or wrong way. Only the opportunity to slow down, look inward, and discover what's already there. No art experience is required, and all materials are supplied.
Each workshop is thoughtfully designed around a specific theme, such as empowerment, gratitude, self-discovery, vision, or reconnection, and can be offered as a standalone experience or as part of a broader wellness initiative. Workshops are intentionally kept small to create a more intimate and meaningful experience.
Small Businesses, Community Spaces, and Non-Profits
These workshops are designed for women at any stage of the menopause transition, from perimenopause to post-menopause, who are ready to take the time to reflect and reconnect with themselves.
Through a rotating series of workshops, participants explore themes including:
Vision and intention -- clarifying what thriving looks like and creating a personalized reminder of what matters most as a foundation for meaningful goals
Self-discovery and reconnection -- exploring the relationship between who they were, who they are now, and who they are becoming, through writing, reflection, and art-making
Gratitude and abundance -- recognizing the strengths, relationships, and experiences that enrich their lives through a creative, hands-on practice
Each workshop offers something to take home that serves as a tangible reminder of the insights that emerged during the experience.
These workshops are available to libraries, community organizations, gardens, museums, art centers, boutiques and retail shops, as well as other public venues. They offer an engaging way to enrich your programming and welcome new audiences into your space.
If you are interested in hosting a workshop at your organization, I'd love to connect.
Workplace Health & Wellness Programming
The menopause transition doesn't stop at the office door. For many women, it's precisely at work where the effects of this transition are felt most acutely and least acknowledged, whether it’s navigating deadlines, managing teams, or just showing up day after day.
My workplace workshops bring the same expressive arts framework to a professional setting, creating a space where midlife women can reflect on their career journey, reconnect with their professional identity, and leave with renewed clarity, confidence, and purpose.
These are not typical corporate wellness sessions. They are intentional, facilitated experiences that invite participants to slow down, look inward, and do something they rarely get permission to do at work: think about themselves.
Workplace workshops address themes including:
Vision and professional clarity -- helping participants reconnect with what matters most, identify sources of energy and motivation, and envision their desired future both personally and professionally
Career reflection and self-discovery -- inviting participants to honor the wisdom their professional journey has given them, and carry it forward with renewed confidence and purpose
Team connection and appreciation -- a gender-neutral, team-building experience that strengthens workplace relationships through the power of recognition, gratitude, and a shared creative process.
Each workshop includes a written summary of post-workshop feedback and insights that help organizations better understand team connection and appreciation dynamics to inform future team development.
These workshops are available to corporations, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Custom formats and group sizes are available upon request.
