about me

As a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, I’m passionate about helping women in the menopause transition create vibrant, fulfilling lives. My journey has been shaped by both professional experience and my personal passions, giving me the tools to support women on their path to health and happiness.

Professional Experience

I earned my Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a leader in health and wellness education. I’ve also received advanced certification in Hormone Health from IIN, as well as hold certificates in Plant-based Nutrition from eCornell and CulinaryRx from the Rouxbe Culinary School. Currently, I’m pursuing certification as both a Menopause Specialist and a SoulCollage® Facilitator. I have studied art therapy techniques and therapeutic arts for life coaching and utilize expressive arts, including collage and journaling, in my work.

Before coaching, I was a professional graphic designer and then transitioned to user experience design and research in industries like healthcare, technology, and financial services. This work required deep listening, empathy, and an ability to uncover people's pain points and motivations, skills I now use to guide my workshop participants and my coaching clients with compassion and understanding. My goal then was to design complex online applications that people would find simple, easy, intuitive, and enjoyable to use. Now I help women navigate complex life changes in ways that feel simple, manageable, and sustainable.

Personal Passions

Besides being a workshop facilitator and health coach, I am a practicing collage artist and printmaker and enjoy integrating my love of the arts into the work I do to help women explore their inner selves. When not creating art or foraging in thrift shops or art stores, you’ll find me spending time with my two cats, spending time outdoors, meditating, singing, practicing yoga, or looking for restaurants that serve delicious (mostly) plant-based meals.

Let’s Work Together

Whether it's women coming together at a table with magazines, scissors, and glue, or an individual quietly writing in a journal, the transformation that unfolds might surprise you. If you're curious about what that could look like for you or your organization, I'd love to have a conversation.
