Life’s not over after menopause.
Your best life is just beginning.
Let me show you the way.
about me
I'm a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach dedicated to empowering women in the menopause transition to reclaim their health, rediscover their purpose, and rewrite the narrative on aging. My work centers on the power of transformation. Through evidence-informed wellness principles, expressive arts, and meaningful self-reflection, I help women embrace this stage of life with renewed energy, confidence, and vitality.
Rather than prescribe a one-size-fits-all diet or lifestyle, I take an integrative, bio-individual approach that honors each woman's unique needs and supports her in creating a rewarding, sustainable life through mindful self-prioritization. I bring those same modalities to non-profit organizations, small businesses, and corporate wellness programming for both midlife women and mixed-gender teams.
No Mud, No Lotus:
A Journey of Transformation
The lotus flower is a powerful symbol of purity, rebirth, enlightenment, feminine energy, and longevity. Unlike its cousin, the water lily, which grows effortlessly on the water’s surface, the lotus rises from deep within the mud. It’s this mud, the challenges, struggles, and adversity, that nourishes the lotus and allows it to bloom into something extraordinary. Without the mud, there can be no lotus.
In the same way, different stages of growth call for different kinds of support. Sometimes we need stillness and grace, like the water lily floating gently on the surface, reminding us to pause, breathe, and appreciate the beauty of the moment. Other times, we’re called to go deeper. True growth, the kind that helps you feel confident, energized, and fulfilled, comes from doing the deeper work. It’s about embracing the mud, understanding it, and using it to create something beautiful.
As the Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh so beautifully said:
“If you know how to make good use of the mud,
you can grow beautiful lotuses.”
The Journey Begins Here
Menopause is muddy. It’s a rite of passage that brings up fears, physical challenges, and deep uncertainties. But we don’t want to run away from the mud. We must embrace it, understand it.
I use expressive arts (e.g., collage, painting, reflective writing) to help turn that mud into the fertilizer women need to become their most magnificent and unapologetic selves.
